After a Fashion…

Earlier this month I was commissioned to shoot this fashion and beauty series by wardrobe stylist Evie Sykes.

I originally met and worked with Evie when she was launching her music career back in 2013. Evie always styled her own music videos and photoshoots and it was clear she possessed a talent. Since then fashion has been Evie’s main focus as seen in her styling examples below:

Here are Evie thoughts on the concept and aim of this series along with her other creative team members:

I don’t think there’s rules in fashion I always mixed vintage, high street with high end designers as long as it makes you comfortable and happy. I love dressing everybody I usually have a vision in how to style a outfit it doesn’t matter what shape or size. I love a challenge.”

I’m obsessed with denim cool vintage Chanel accessories always look effortless chic.

Chanel epitomises the look I wanted to create for this shoot – classic yet so clean and current at the same time. Our model reflected this vision for me.  I wanted her features to really stand out without looking like she was wearing a great deal of makeup. Using plenty of Chanel accessories was a no brainer!

For our final look I wanted a 20s evening look – glossy eyes teamed up with vibrant red lips which I achieved using Pat McGrath’s Venom lipstick.
